and in the original book she “swears like a sailor”

If I remember correctly, her catch phrase in the book is “You silly ass.” and she said it all. the. time.

Mary Blair (October 21, 1911 - July 26, 1978), born Mary Robinson, was an American artist who was prominent in producing art and animation for The Walt Disney Company, drawing concept art for such films as Alice in Wonderland, Peter Pan, Song of the South and Cinderella.

Of all delectable islands the Neverland is the snuggest and most compact, not large and sprawly, you know, with tedious distance between one adventure and another, but nicely crammed. When you play at it by day with the chairs and table-cloth, it is not in the least alarming, but in the two minutes before you go to sleep it becomes very nearly real.
