BLACK TEEN FROM FLORIDA CHARGED WITH FELONY AFTER SCIENCE EXPERIMENT GONE WRONG

Update: Riptide spoke to the Polk County School District about why they felt expulsion was a fair punishment for Wilmot. Their response: kids should learn that “there are consequences to their actions.”

We’ve also obtained the police report from the incident. It shows that Wilmot was mixing toilet bowl cleaner and aluminum foil.

No one got hurt. It just made a noise. Give me a fucking break. Really. This does not deserve a felony charge.

Fascinating and a little creepy, the work of Fernando Vicente Vanitas seems perfect for Halloween.

The Garden of Cosmic Speculation is at Portrack House, near Dumfries in South West Scotland. It is a private garden created by Charles Jencks.  The garden is inspired by science and mathematics, with sculptures and landscaping on these themes, such as Black Holes and Fractals.
